Marketing and Business Development Manager, Early life and Medical Nutrition (ELN & MN) plays a key role within the ELN & MN Marketing Business Development team, helping to execute marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. This position is responsible for coordinating, supporting and implementing a variety of marketing activities across multiple workstreams, contributing to the successful rollout of initiatives, tracking project milestones and delivery.
Your key responsibilities
- Executes regional marketing strategies and supports priority growth initiatives across Early Life Nutrition and Medical Nutrition.
- Develops internal relationships across marcomm, business insights, regulatory and commercial teams to obtain relevant inputs and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Drives and supports marketing projects across multiple workstreams, including tracking milestones, managing timelines, and supporting on-time delivery of key initiatives.
- Supports the development and rollout of marketing concepts, value propositions and toolkits showcasing solutions, capabilities and unique selling propositions.
- Gathers and analyzes market and competitor insights to support the development of growth plans, regional value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Works with various dsm-firmenich tools, templates and systems to support marketing execution and reporting.
- Supports ELN initiatives including HMOs, Biotics, Lipids, premix and selected product launches in EMEA.
- Supports MN initiatives including premix value propositions, taste-led compliance solutions, healthy aging, GLP-1 related opportunities, and specialized nutrition growth initiatives in EMEA.
- Works in close cooperation with account managers to support pipeline development and customer engagement through marketing-driven initiatives.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in science, nutrition, business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, sales support or a related commercial role.
- Understanding of key nutrition categories such as Vitamins, Nutritional Lipids, Premixes and/or HMOs is an asset.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication, presentation and customer-facing skills.
- Proficient computer and analytical skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
