Bayer AG biedt in Maastricht een stage binnen Service Inside Sales, binnen de Radiology-business waar meer dan 100 medewerkers verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verkoop, distributie en het onderhoud van radiologieapparatuur.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be part of Service Inside Sales team.
  • The mission of the team is to maximize service revenue and increase the contract capture rate by proactively contacting customers to sell service contracts.
  • You will support the team on the operational level by handling requests, providing sales quotes to clients, updating internal tools.
  • You will collaborate with different departments within Radiology: planning and BOS teams.

YOUR TEAM

You will be joining a dynamic team of 20 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support, planning and Service Inside Sales. Your team is passionate for performance and delivering state of the art Service to our internal and external customers. The great thing about your department is that you will get a lot of freedom in your job and you will work in a fun team. It’s a very diverse team in both age and nationalities and we have an informal culture. You have a lot of contact with your colleagues in different departments, while you are coordinating our efforts to provide great service. You will love working in our open office space because it makes the collaboration with your colleagues even better. If you feel like having a chat, simply step into one of the coffee corners. If you need to focus, there are one-person offices to do so. In our meeting rooms, you even get to write on the walls.

WHO ARE YOU

  • You are studying towards a degree in Business Economics, Commercial Economy, Marketing, Sales or a related study at a University or HBO.
  • You are available for at least 5 to 6 months, starting on July 1st.
  • Available for 4-5 days a week.
  • You live max 60 minutes from Maastricht.
  • You are sales driven, customer focused and have affinity for administration Focus on efficiency and productivity to reach your goals.
  • A born team player, but also able to work independently.
  • You have affinity with IA and automatization processes.
  • You can easily shift your priorities to meet any situation and make smart decisions.
  • You are full of energy and think and act proactively in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Hands-on approach and flexibility helps you in being customer focused; a good time manager -able to prioritize tasks and activities and to easily switch between them.
  • You have a full professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French language is preferred.
