The current vacancy is at the JRC Centre for Advanced Studies, which is located in the Directorate for Innovation in Science and Policymaking. The mission of the Directorate is to support the scientific and organisational development of the JRC to better support EU policymaking and democracy through scientific knowledge, foresight, evaluation and engagement with citizens.
In particular, the CAS is launching the three-year project Gene-Tune (Tuning gene expression for the future of medicine: next generation gene and cell therapies). The JRC is offering an interesting position for a contract agent in regulatory science for advanced biotechnologies, specifically epigenome editing as next-generation gene and cell therapies.
