The Cluster Reservations Team is responsible for 5 Hilton properties in the Netherlands: DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Hilton Rotterdam and Hilton The Hague.

What will I be doing?
As Reservations Trainee you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of quality to guests. Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:
- Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
- Updating reservations via the CRS system
- In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone
- Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
- Correct handling of reservation documents
- Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
- Responsible for administrative tasks like reporting
- Ensure quality checks on the current reservation system
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude
- Keep guests’ information updated to maintain a high level of guest service standards
What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cluster Reservations Trainee. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:
- Hospitable attitude and service-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Looking for an internship of at least 6 months
