The position
As a project HSE Manager at Van Oord you will work on different project locations on a rotational basis to make sure that all safety policies are adhered to by your colleagues, contractors and third parties. You are creative in coming up with solutions that are both efficient and safe. It is up to you to take the lead in implementing safety and environmental excellence.

Your workplace
As HSE Manager you will be part of the QHSE department. During preparation you will work most of the time at our offices in the Netherlands. During execution you will work on or near the project location.
About you
As an experienced HSE Manager, you contribute to a safe and sustainable work environment within challenging projects. You are responsible for developing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment strategies at both the national and international levels. Flexibility is essential, as you are open to working on a rotational basis. You know how to manage complex projects effectively and generate support among various stakeholders.
