At NH Hotels, this internship offers the opportunity to assist the F&B Director for the Northern Europe Business Unit within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

Your Role at a Glance

During your internship, you will assist the F&B Director for the Northern Europe Business Unit. The F&B Director is responsible for several aspects of the F&B departments in the hotels, including creating and implementing new projects, maintaining and monitoring quality scores, supporting communication between the hotels and Headquarters, and improving procedures, manuals and scores.

You will assist the director during meetings and hotel visits, plan meetings, gather the necessary information, or attend a meeting or visit to represent the F&B Director.
