As a Medior Performance Marketer, you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous monitoring of key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, providing recommendations for new strategies and tools to enhance performance marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) as a Performance Marketer or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
