Young talents programme

The EBA offers hands-on development programmes for young people at every stage: from curious high-school students to recent graduates. You will learn by doing, work in a multicultural EU Agency, and build skills, connections and confidence for what’s next.

Open Calls for expression of interest

The trainee(s) will join one of the three units in the Economic & Risk Analysis Department which assesses and monitors financial stability risks and vulnerabilities in the EU banking sector.

Job shadowing internship programme (ages 14-19)

Curious about what working for the EU and at the EBA is really like? Spend 1-2 weeks shadowingprofessionals and get a behind-the-scenes look at real jobs.
