The aim of this webinar is to promote and improve the understanding of law enforcement officials of data protection in the context of policing and police cooperation.
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:
- Explain the potential impact of data protection issues on fundamental rights for the individual(s) concerned;
- Explain how the use of algorithms to support policing may impact fundamental rights;
- Apply the General Data Protection Regulation in daily police work.
