  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, upstream and downstream sites to optimize product flow
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce costs, reduce discards, and improve product quality and delivery timelines
  • Build and manage CMO KPIs, and lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with CMOs
  • Be accountable for all aspects of third-party risk, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), bribery/corruption, and labour
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies across all external manufacturing sites
  • Participate in negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with external manufacturers, in collaboration with the global supplier management team
  • Prepare and present regular reports on manufacturing performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electronic product manufacturing

Your profile

  • Electronic or mechanical engineering background in the high-tech industry, with experience in multidisciplinary products, software, and hardware
