This role offers hands-on exposure to facilities management, workplace experience, health & safety, and service delivery in a corporate, multi-stakeholder setting. You will work closely with the Workplace / Facilities team and external service providers to ensure offices and services are safe, efficient, and employee-focused.

About the Role

As a Workplace Services Intern, you will support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the workplace environment in a corporate, multi-stakeholder setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily workplace operations (office services, meeting rooms, access, moves & changes).
  • Assist in coordinating vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance).
  • Help track service requests, incidents, and follow-ups via systems or trackers.
  • Support Health & Safety activities (e.g., BHV documentation, inspections, drills, compliance checks).
  • Assist with workplace projects (office changes, rollouts, signage, employee communications).
  • Collect and analyze basic workplace data (occupancy, issues, service levels, feedback).
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and simple KPIs for internal stakeholders.
  • Support sustainability and wellbeing initiatives where applicable.

  • How workplace services are managed in a corporate environment.
  • Interaction with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Basics of facilities operations, H&S, and workplace experience.
  • Practical project coordination and data-driven decision making.

Profile / Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
