At Karl Lagerfeld, you will join the marketing department in a hands-on role supporting the Brand Marketing Manager, with a focus on brand legacy across channels and marketing initiatives.

You must have a can-do attitude and a strong ability to prioritize and multitask. You work well in a fast-paced environment, are flexible, and enjoy cross-functional work streams. Experience in an in-house marketing team, brand marketing, or a media agency/design studio is appreciated. You are keen to understand the business implications of projects, are confident with KPIs, and have knowledge of how to realize these with a creative mindset and forward-thinking spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day marketing activities related to global campaigns, key brand, and content initiatives.
  • Create and continuously update asset briefs, campaign rollout decks, and reports; strong Excel knowledge is required.
  • Create PowerPoint template decks.
  • Create aspirational pitch decks and strategy decks to support ongoing or future marketing projects.
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmarking.
  • Create moodboards and inspirational visual references to support campaign development and creative direction.
  • Research and identify upcoming trends, concepts, and cultural movements relevant to the brand and market positioning.
  • Brief, coordinate, and implement marketing materials such as brand presentations, campaign overviews, partner and collaboration reports, and others.
  • Coordinate between key internal departments such as Licensing, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Creative, Product/Design, E-commerce, Press, and Communications.
  • Provide organizational support for seasonal market launches.
  • Source samples and coordinate with relevant teams such as Product, Licensing, and E-commerce.
  • Cross-reference merchandising calendars and buys handover.
  • Create cross-channel asset briefs; strong Excel knowledge is required.
  • Manage dedicated and small-scale projects independently.
  • Update folders, oversee creative assets, update the server structure, and keep track of creative deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support for office-related tasks.

Skills, Education & Experience

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period.
  • Studies in Management, Fashion, Marketing, Communication, or Business-related fields.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written; French is an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of Photoshop; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to build inspiring presentations.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel.

Internship details: Start date: July 13th, 2026. Available for 6 months, with the possibility to extend up to 1 year.
