Your assignment

You will work on a mix of AI, data, and operational improvement projects, including:

AI & Automation (primary focus)

  • Develop GenAI agents to automate repetitive Software Hub activities such as extracting metadata from supplier contracts and BOM documentation, suggesting part mappings and vendor standardization, and supporting PO quality checks and remediation workflows
  • Build and test prompt libraries and workflows for Procurement use cases
  • Pilot AI-assisted intake and triage for new software requests from R&D teams

Data & Productivity Improvements

  • Design dashboards and analytics to track PO quality, data hygiene (part data completeness, vendor master accuracy), and shadow spend / unmanaged software usage
  • Identify and quantify productivity opportunities across Software Hub and Cloud processes
  • Support development of a program memory system to capture reusable knowledge from projects and negotiations

Software Hub & Cloud Operational Support

  • Support onboarding of software vendors into Software Hub through data standardization and validation
  • Assist in remediation of existing BOM software components
  • Work with Cloud and AI procurement initiatives to improve visibility and tracking of usage and spend

Innovation / Continuous Improvement

  • Identify new use cases where AI can reduce manual effort or cycle time
  • Prototype lightweight tools or automations to support Procurement and R&D teams

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Max 1 years of work experience straight after your graduation
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with structured and unstructured data
  • Interest or hands-on experience with AI / GenAI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, automation workflows, scripting), and data analysis (Excel, Python, SQL or similar)
  • Affinity for building or experimenting with tools that improve productivity
  • Interest in procurement, supplier ecosystems, and cost/value optimization
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical insights into simple, actionable outputs such as one-pagers and dashboards
  • A learning mindset, strong attention to detail, and collaborative spirit
  • Required competencies: High energy, Adaptability, Continuous learning, Initiating action, Innovative, high work standards for quality

As a GDP trainee you will receive a permanent, full time employment contract with excellent labor conditions.
