Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong business relationships, and driving new sales opportunities. You will actively research target markets, conduct outreach, present company solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, highly motivated, and skilled at understanding client needs and turning opportunities into long-term business partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and contribute to the continuous growth and expansion of the company’s customer base.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in tech sales
· Relevant Bachelor’s degree
· Native Dutch speaker, with excellent command of the English language
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
· Ability to analyze business opportunities, perform lead qualification, and read situations well
· A goal-oriented work ethic, committed to achieving performance objectives, individually and as part of your team
· Strong desire to learn new and more effective sales concepts
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
· Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, research, and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and presenting suitable solutions.
· Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company’s client portfolio and sales pipeline.
· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to ensure effective communication and alignment with client requirements.
· Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with Team Leads and Management.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions, providing regular reports.
· Participate in internal knowledge-sharing meetings and stay updated on company services, industry trends, and market opportunities.
