Within Tribe Payments, ING builds Open Banking products that simplify financial administration and help business customers stay in control of their finances every day.
The context
Our Open Banking proposition includes products such as Bookkeeping Link, which connects business customers’ transaction data directly to their accounting software. These products are live, growing, and increasingly important in our Business Banking Payments portfolio.
To support further growth and scaling, we are looking for a Product Manager – Open Banking to help improve, extend and scale our Open Banking journeys together with engineers, designers, data analysts and stakeholders across Commercial, Risk and Operations.
Your role
As Product Manager – Open Banking, you focus on optimising and scaling Open Banking customer journeys, translating customer and business needs into concrete improvements, and helping bring our Business Banking Payments products to new markets.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on product work, combines a commercial mindset with technical understanding, and likes turning complexity into simple, reliable customer experiences.
