At G-STAR, the Strategic Accounts Department is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern with a hands-on mentality, who feels at home in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. The Strategic Accounts Department is part of the global e-commerce department and drives the strategic business development and marketing plans for G-STAR’s top accounts. These accounts are fast-growing online pure players. We are looking for an ambitious intern who works in an organized and accurate manner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to take responsibility for tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn all about the ins and outs of digital retail and marketing at a leading denim brand. You will be based at our global HQ in Amsterdam.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

As our new Intern Strategic Accounts Marketplaces, you will help with:

  • Coordinating seasonal and weekly product management execution, involving different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a data hub for performance and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Reporting weekly on trade performance across all business models, including analysis and data insights.
  • Building best-practice cases from external and internal initiatives and bringing learnings to improve ways of working.
  • Supporting the team with execution of the marketplaces strategy and alignment across different channels and countries.
  • Supporting the team with execution of ad-hoc and cross-department projects.
  • Maintaining the commercial calendar.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have strong numeracy skills and Excel skills, including reporting, handling large amounts of data, creating pivots, and other analysis.
  • You have strong analytical, data visualization, and PowerPoint skills.
  • You are digitally and commercially minded, with affinity for fashion and denim.
  • You are not scared of deadlines or working under pressure.
  • You are able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have a high interest and willingness to explore AI in this field.
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or Economics.
  • You are available full-time for a period of 6 months starting in August/September 2026.
  • You are enrolled at a university or college in the Netherlands during the whole length of the internship.
  • If you are a non-EU student in the Netherlands, you are in possession of a mandatory internship assignment.
  • You are already living in the Netherlands and are in possession of a BSN.
  • If you have a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, we’d love to meet you.
