Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate responses to OCIO and consultant requests, including data, reporting, due diligence questionnaires, presentations and meeting materials.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of client and consultant meetings, reviews and updates, including agenda management, materials coordination and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, interaction records and pipeline activity within CRM and internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (investment teams, client reporting, operations, legal and compliance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
  • Assist with monitoring OCIO and consultant trends, mandates and governance developments relevant to global accounts.
  • Support senior team members with account planning, relationship mapping and strategic initiatives across the Global OCIO channel.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Skills and Characteristics

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across regions, cultures and functions.
  • Proactive, reliable and solutions-oriented, with sound judgement and discretion.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with investment-related data and materials.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3–6 years’ experience in asset management, institutional client servicing, consultant relations, OCIO, or a related financial services role.
  • Familiarity with institutional investment products and solutions, and an understanding of the OCIO and investment consultant landscape.
  • Experience supporting global or cross-border client relationships is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g. CFA or progress toward CFA) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience working in a global operating model is a plus.
