Functiebeschrijving

Are you ready for a challenging role in the international environment of DAF Used Trucks? Within the Used Trucks department, HubSpot is used as the CRM platform to manage and follow up on incoming sales leads. During this internship, you will focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of this lead follow-up process by analysing current practices and proposing concrete improvements.

Your main activities will include:

  • Analysing the existing lead follow-up process in HubSpot across multiple European countries
  • Investigating which information is required to support more effective and efficient lead management
  • Setting up a universal lead follow-up strategy within HubSpot

In addition, you will contribute to strengthening daily sales operations by:

  • Developing HubSpot reports to optimally support the European Used Trucks sales organisations
  • Creating a clear roll-out plan for the different sales organisations across Europe

You will conclude the internship by presenting your findings, insights, and proposed improvements to key stakeholders within the organisation.

Jouw profiel

You are:

  • Bachelor student, preferably in Automotive, Commercial Economics, International Business or a similar field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
  • Preferably knowledge of CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a big plus)
  • Proactive team player with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second European language is an advantage
