Bachelor AC Internship (Rotterdam Office)

Bachelor AC Internship at OC&C offers university bachelor students the opportunity to work at a strategy consultancy firm in the Rotterdam office.

From day one, you will be supporting project teams to tackle exciting and complicated problems to help our clients. This internship has two aspects.

(1) At least once during your internship, you will be part of a real project team and be responsible for supporting one of our clients on a strategic topic. The tasks may vary based on the project, such as conducting interviews, performing analyses, or developing client output. The duration of our projects vary, but we aim for a project of at least 3 weeks.

(2) The remainder of your time with us, you will support project teams with gathering and structuring data, performing analyses, and delivering project content.

Throughout the internship, you will be one of our colleagues that helps our clients across a range of sectors and geographies with top quality insights.

During the internship, you will experience continuous on-the-job training and receive regular formal feedback.

The internship is full-time (i.e. 5 days a week). We are open to tailor the start and duration of the internship to your schedule and availability, but we advise to have at least two to three months so it is more likely for us to find a suitable project for you. It will also give you enough time to experience our office and participate in after-work activities. You will have the opportunity to become familiar with what it means to work in strategy consultancy and experience the culture at OC&C.
