Job Description

You will join a global Talent Services team supporting hiring across business, regions and functions. In this two-year traineeship, you will gain hands-on experience, contribute to high-impact recruitment initiatives, and grow into a trusted Talent professional.

First assignment: Early Career Talent recruitment and Talent Marketing

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, university event organization and interview coordination.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including job postings, LinkedIn campaigns, and talent pipeline building.
  • Design and execute targeted talent marketing campaigns across channels, including LinkedIn, to attract diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Assist in reporting and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify improvement opportunities, while also supporting process optimization initiatives, including the use of digital tools and AI to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Second assignment: Sourcing and Recruiting of experienced talent

  • Build on Year 1 experience with increased ownership in talent attraction, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to develop effective sourcing strategies based on market insights and workforce needs, while leveraging data and analytics to optimize sourcing channels, campaign effectiveness, and candidate engagement.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, university event organization and interview coordination.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.

As a GDP trainee, you will receive a 2.5-year full-time employment contract with excellent labor conditions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You (almost) completed a Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and are available as of September 2026.
  • You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, and people-related topics.
  • You have a proactive, collaborative mindset, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to improve processes.
  • You have affinity with technology and digital tools; experience with recruitment platforms or AI tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or people-related roles, such as an internship, is a plus.
  • You have excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
