We are seeking a Business Portfolio AI Intern to support our global commercial management team in transforming business performance reporting through automation and advanced analytics. This role will focus on creating actionable insights from diverse data sources, while exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline reporting processes and enhance decision-making speed.

Your role:

  • Analyze and consolidate multiple data sources to generate actionable insights on short-term business performance metrics
  • Develop automated reporting solutions using AI, scripting, and data visualization tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing reporting processes through automation and machine learning
  • Build and test AI agents or models to support data collection, analysis, and reporting for key commercial KPIs (e.g., sales, sell-out, SKU contribution)
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, structured outputs (e.g., dashboards, summaries, presentations) for management reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and refine data-driven solutions
  • Support the preparation of executive-ready insights and presentations

Project Scope & Deliverables

  • Assess current data flows, reporting structures, and stakeholder requirements
  • Propose automation and AI-driven improvements based on identified inefficiencies
  • Develop and deploy pilot solutions (e.g., dashboards, AI agents, automated pipelines)
  • Deliver scalable tools and frameworks for ongoing commercial performance tracking
  • Present findings, impact, and recommendations to key stakeholders

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets which you are able to translate into business insights
  • You are experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
  • You have a basic understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
  • You are proactive and self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
  • You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • You have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, conflict management is pre
  • You are proficient in SQL and Python (it is pre, but not required)

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
