About this Position

At Henkel Consumer Brands, you will join a dynamic environment focused on categories such as Laundry & Home Care and Hair, with opportunities to explore new paths and develop within a diverse and vibrant culture.

What you´ll do

  • Identify out-of-stock products, help finding root cause, and follow-up to ensure priority booking
  • Support in the planning of promotional peaks
  • Support the forecasting process of our German Brands portfolio
  • Analyze past promo behavior and evaluate future promotional volumes
  • Active contribution to improve DP KPIs with own tasks and proactive ideas
  • Facilitate soft relaunches and ensure accurate demand
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations

What makes you a good fit

  • Strong interest in Supply Chain and Demand Planning
  • Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain or related
  • Team player, proactive and eager to learn
  • Analytical, problem solving and flexible person, with a sense of accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands for a period of 6 months starting in July-August 2026
