• You are a hands-on AI engineering leader with strong judgment, able to balance innovation with reliability, security, and Responsible AI in an enterprise context.
• Deep expertise in AI engineering and MLOps, including designing and running production-grade AI pipelines and platforms on Azure, with strong collaboration across data, platform, and business teams.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with a proven track record of scaling AI solutions from experimentation to sustained business value in production.

• This role turns AI ambition into production reality. The focus is on designing, building, and operating enterprise-grade AI and MLOps pipelines that are reliable, secure, and used daily in core business decisions. Experimentation is the starting point, not the end state.
• The role leads the global AI Engineering and MLOps capability, combining hands-on engineering with clear technical ownership. Day to day work includes setting architectures and engineering standards, resolving complex production issues, reviewing critical code and pipelines, and coaching a small senior team that sets the technical bar for AI delivery.
• Work happens in close partnership with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business domain teams across FrieslandCampina. Real use cases such as forecasting, pricing, and supply chain optimization are translated into scalable AI products.
