Join a dynamic and growing Personal Healthcare business (PH), supporting the Consumer Direct (CD) e-commerce channel across Western Europe through this internship in Pricing & Revenue Growth Management for E-commerce (non-thesis). In this role, you will play a key part in shaping pricing and portfolio strategies, enhancing promotional effectiveness, and optimizing margins.

You will gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of pricing, e-commerce strategy, and revenue growth management within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about combining commercial strategy with data-driven decision-making to drive business success.

Job details

Start Date: as soon as possible but can be discussed

Duration: minimum 6 months

Type: Internship (non-thesis)

Your role:

  • Support in developing price positioning and communications towards the CD business team.
  • Monitor retail pricing across channels, categories and competitors to provide actionable insights.
  • Drive promo and pricing effectiveness analysis and optimizations.
  • Share best practices across markets to continuously improve pricing and portfolio strategy.
  • Optimize price processes and tooling to gain efficiency.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business, or Finance.
  • You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • You are self-motivated, highly organized, attentive and proactive.
  • Having an idea about e-commerce is a plus.

Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period.
