Internship HR - Compensation & Benefits
In this internship, you will support Compensation and Benefits activities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your tasks
- Supporting compensation and benefits analyses, reporting, and benchmarking activities.
- Working with HR analytics and people data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities—connecting the dots between data, business needs, and outcomes.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Store Operations, and Regional HR teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Preparing clear, professional, and on-brand presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager with projects related to the annual performance review cycle, day-to-day activities, project coordination, and ad-hoc problem solving in a fast-paced, international environment.
About you
- 3rd or 4th year student of a HBO/WO study in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Available for a minimum of 4 days per week (thesis possible).
- You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; you enjoy working with data and turning insights into action.
- A proactive, curious, and creative thinker who is able to connect the dots and challenge the status quo.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Able to work independently, while also thriving in cross-functional and international collaboration.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.

- Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
- Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

Eligibility criteria
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:
- You are an EU citizen.
- You are on a Family/Partner visa.
- You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) the internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
