Within Nedap Healthcare, we believe that effective decision-making starts with people. That’s why we work with methods such as ShapeShift and Convergent Facilitation (CF), which help teams reach well-supported decisions more quickly.
Currently, colleagues mainly learn these methods through in-person training sessions. To reach more people and ensure knowledge is retained over time, we are developing an eLearning program.
This internship focuses on designing and building this eLearning for Nedap employees. You will translate complex concepts into a clear and interactive learning experience, enabling colleagues to independently learn and apply the core principles of decision-making.
You will work within Nedap Healthcare, together with a subject matter expert in decision-making and collaboration.
Within the team, you will have plenty of room to work independently. We provide direction and substantive context, but expect you to bring structure, make decisions, and take ownership.
