We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to execute effective sourcing and contracting activities for Rail products or 3rd Party Flight Ancillaries, ensuring we deliver optimised products that meet customer needs and commercial goals while establishing strong supplier relationships.

About our offer

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

About the job

  • You'll collect product requirements from markets and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement plans that ensure a competitive and profitable offering aligned with our overall strategy.
  • We'll count on you to negotiate and secure contracts with providers to obtain optimal commercial terms that meet business requirements and customer expectations.
  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for your product area will be essential as you evaluate market trends and supplier capabilities to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • You'll collaborate closely with internal teams such as Commercial Flight Product and Ancillary Product Managers to ensure alignment across sourcing activities and broader requirements.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with partners will help facilitate successful negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sourcing KPIs across your product area will enable you to identify underperformance and drive improvements.

About you

  • You have experience in sourcing, contracting, or purchasing, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Your negotiation abilities are complemented by a track record of securing favourable terms.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to assess contract value and identify optimisation opportunities informs your decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of rail and/or flight ancillary markets, including pricing models and distribution channels, provides context for your work.
  • Analytical capabilities enable you to interpret market and financial data for informed decision-making.
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities help you collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Relevant education in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field provides a solid foundation.
  • You communicate fluently in English, with a second language relevant to key markets being a plus.
