Financial Analyst - English & French speaker

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Flex Financial team, supporting the Regional Finance Manager for France. In this role, you will support the development and execution of equipment financing solutions, working closely with Sales, Legal and Finance teams to deliver seamless and compliant customer experiences.

Job description

What you will do:

• You will be the primary support to the Regional Finance Manager in France
• Support the structuring and pricing of financial deals using internal tools
• Prepare and manage credit agreements and financing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with Legal teams to validate contract clauses and ensure adherence to guidelines
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from creation to activation and documentation management
• Collaborate with Sales teams by providing financial support, training and ad-hoc guidance
• Conduct credit checks and build financial cases in collaboration with partner financial institutions
• Monitor signed contracts, identify potential issues and ensure proper follow-up
• Contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What you will need:

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, or similar role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills with a process-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong service, training, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with contracts or legal documentation
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Experience supporting sales or commercial teams
