The Senior Manager of Procurement Digitization leads Coty’s global procurement digitization agenda, driving the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This role accelerates procurement’s transformation by enabling smarter decision-making and streamlined processes.

Acting as both strategist and technologist, the Senior Manager ensures Coty adopts innovative digital capabilities that enhance value creation, efficiency, and risk management across all procurement activities. Operating at the intersection of Procurement, IT, Data, and the To-Be AI Center of Excellence, this role ensures seamless integration of new technologies, strengthens digital governance, and positions Procurement at the forefront of Coty’s enterprise wide AI ambitions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the digital transformation agenda across Procurement.
  • Own the design, implementation, and sustainment of global digital solutions.
  • Manage complex, high-value technology deployments and integrations.
  • Convert procurement pain points into AI-enabled, scalable solutions.
  • Oversee prototyping, proof-of-concept pilots, and deployment of intelligent tools.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve procurement productivity and insights.
  • Provide thought leadership on the future of digital procurement and AI adoption.
  • Influence and align diverse senior stakeholders across IT, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Ensure process, data, and technology remain fully integrated and business-aligned.
  • Act as a strategic interface between Procurement and enterprise digital teams.
  • Operate independently, identifying opportunities and shaping the digital roadmap.
  • Lead pilots, evaluations, and global deployments with minimal oversight.
  • Represent Procurement Excellence in senior-level and cross-functional governance forums.
  • Ensure long-term alignment with Coty’s enterprise AI strategy and digital transformation vision.
  • Manage multiple concurrent digital, automation, and AI transformation initiatives.
  • Apply strong project governance, prioritization, and structured program management.
  • Ensure tools, workflows, and systems are delivered on time and create measurable business value.

Ideal candidate profile

  • 8–12+ years of experience in procurement transformation, digital enablement, or AI-driven process optimization within global matrix environments, preferably in FMCG, beauty, pharma, or tech.
  • Strong expertise in digital procurement tools, workflow automation, and Source-to-Pay technology ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to design and implement AI-enabled solutions, with a track record of translating business needs into digital products.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-system transformation programs involving multiple regions and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with IT, Data, Legal, Finance, and Procurement leadership teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to assess digital opportunities, evaluate new technologies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong grounding in change management, with experience driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across global teams.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and present compelling digital roadmaps to senior audiences.
  • Future-focused mindset with high learning agility and passion for innovation, AI, and digital transformation.
