Your work as Senior HR IT Business Consultant at Highberg

In this role, you will work on HR IT issues for clients, mapping out existing HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing concrete solutions. You will use tools such as maturity scans to analyse landscapes, processes and systems, and develop clear roadmaps towards optimal HR IT solutions. Following the advisory phase, you will actively contribute to implementations, the selection of software suppliers and the redesign of processes. You will liaise with various stakeholders — from HR teams to IT teams and suppliers — to ensure that technical solutions meet both functional and organisational needs.

Who you are

  • You have a keen interest in improving HR processes through digitalisation and technological solutions;
  • You possess strong communication and analytical skills and are able to present effectively;
  • You are interested in and have an affinity with IT and digitalization;
  • You are an independent and results-oriented consultant with a proactive attitude.

What we are asking

  • A Bachelor of Applied Science or an MSc from a university.
  • You have at least 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably as a consultant in HR IT.
  • You have experience in implementing HR IT solutions and advising on HR technology.
  • You are familiar with selecting (software) suppliers and tendering processes.
  • You have experience with the insourcing and outsourcing of HR and payroll processes.
  • You have knowledge of process optimisation techniques, such as Lean.
  • You have knowledge of HR operating models and, preferably, experience in setting up service catalogues and service level agreements.
  • You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.

What we are offering

  • A gross monthly salary of between €4,500 and €7,500 (depending on experience), plus excellent fringe benefits including a consultant bonus scheme, annual profit-sharing, a pension and holiday entitlement;
  • Mobility provisions in the form of a lease car, an NS Business Card or a mobility budget. A laptop and iPhone or a BYOD allowance.
  • Genuine focus on personal development, including coaching by colleagues, access to a wide range of training and development opportunities, and a personal development plan with a training budget of €3,000 per year;
  • A role within a challenging and growing organisation where taking personal responsibility is valued, and where you have the autonomy and freedom to carry out your work flexibly with short lines of communication with colleagues;
  • A pleasant working environment with a comfortable and easily accessible office in Baarn/Utrecht, a focus on team performance, and numerous social activities such as drinks, sports events, knowledge-sharing sessions and the annual workation.
