You will be part of the Multimedia team in the Design and Digital Division within the Directorate General Communications. The Division is responsible for the ECB’s digital communications, including website development, design and content, publications and visual communications.
As a trainee in the Multimedia team, you will support the audiovisual aspects of the ECB’s communications. The team brings together colleagues with strong creative skills and a wide range of expertise, including in photography, videography, visual media editing and podcasting. Team members work closely with stakeholders and coordinate audiovisual projects from initial concept and drafting through to final delivery. You will collaborate with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds, benefiting from a variety of perspectives and approaches. You will also work closely with others in the Directorate General as part of cross-divisional teams handling strategic communication projects or urgent tasks.
Your role
The traineeship offers excellent opportunities to work in a dynamic environment and gain experience across a broad range of communications topics. Your activities will range from office-based support tasks to on-site production, providing opportunities for hands-on experience in the multimedia profession. Initial traineeship of six months, with a possible extension to up to 12 months in total.
