Talent and Culture Intern

As a Talent & Culture Intern, you are a hands-on part of our team, helping Dapper grow in a people-first way. You will gain experience across the full talent journey: from attracting and engaging future colleagues to improving how we hire, onboard, and work together.

Together with the team, you will think strategically about how we build a future-proof talent pipeline and how we continuously improve our recruitment and interview processes. At the same time, you’ll support our culture and office environment by helping with day-to-day operations, team initiatives, and internal activities.
