Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for all sales representative and territory support activities. This role works directly with hospital purchasing and procurement buyers and distributors to support the sale of products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the majority of hospital communication related to customer order processing
  • Manages the sales representative trunk stock program and is responsible for quarterly reconciliations and compliance
  • Supports the sales representatives with customer quotes and follow-up
  • Coordinates all customer agreements with direction from both the sales representative and Director Sales Operations, including loaner agreements and purchasing agreements
  • Tracks all approvals for special offers and/or promotions
  • Coordinates all new product releases
  • Assists sales representatives with hospital registrations and administration in the AtriCure system
  • Supports the sales team with other administrative tasks

A little about yourself:

  • A minimum of four years of previous experience in sales support, account management, or another related field
  • Business-level German and English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system (MS Dynamics GP or comparable ERP)
