About the job

  • Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of Employee Central and Time Management modules across TUI, acting as a subject matter expert for both solutions.
  • Support a network of Key Users across the business, ensuring the solution is utilized and embedded in all parts of the business where implemented.
  • Ensure data governance principles are adhered to and Framework processes are embedded while maintaining cost-efficient operation.
  • Play a key part in testing the solution through various iterations by tailoring test cases and ensuring SMEs have the required support to sign off on each test phase.
  • Take a leading role in project workshops and meetings, ensuring decisions are documented and agreed, and work closely with other workstreams to define, test, and document requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to engage, motivate, and influence people across multiple locations to ensure successful delivery of the solution.

About you

  • Proven experience managing the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules across complex matrix organizations.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification; Time Management and ONB2.0 certifications are particularly valuable.
  • Proven experience implementing Employee Central and Time Management on a multi-site, multi-company, multi-country basis.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across the Group at different levels and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and willingness to quickly learn new tools, systems, and software to adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to support implementation and engagement activities across the global business.
