About the internship

At KARL LAGERFELD, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support Retail Brand Marketing across Franchise & Own Operated channels.

This role is positioned within marketing operations, focusing on process management, budget tracking, and execution. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, finance, and retail operations within a global fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the Monday.com briefing process
  • Support structured workflows with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and delivered on time; monitor progress and support follow-ups
  • Support budget tracking & financial processes
  • Maintain and update marketing budget tracking sheets in Excel
  • Coordinate in-store digital screen updates
  • Create seasonal campaign stylebooks for partners
  • Assist in managing projects and timelines
  • Support cross-functional coordination across teams
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills (experience with structured sheets and data tracking is essential)
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Experience with monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Previous internship or academic exposure to operations, finance, or project management
