As a Project Account Manager International Rental, you support international clients with their projects across multiple countries. You build strong relationships, identify commercial opportunities and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and our local organisations. Your focus lies within large-scale international projects across various industries.

Together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for further expanding Boels’ presence within large-scale international projects for global clients. This means you’ll regularly travel abroad to visit clients on-site, and you enjoy directly liaising with site managers and project leaders. At the same time, you’re confident consulting with the management layer above them, advising on the potential deployment of our products and services.

You continuously work on strengthening the relationship between Boels and your clients — stakeholder management is key in this role. You know how to engage and connect people on every level, both internally and externally. You take the lead in managing the commercial process and driving customer success.

In addition to account management and consultancy, you act as a crucial link for your colleagues, spotting opportunities on the projects you help oversee. Driven by intrinsic motivation, your goal is to fully support your clients, think in terms of solutions, and strive for maximum client satisfaction. The aim: a happy client, a stronger long-term partnership, and optimal commercial results.

You work closely with the Key Account Manager International Rental. In some countries, there may be an overlap in responsibilities between you and the Key Account Manager, making smooth coordination and onboarding between client, local sales and operations one of your shared goals.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordination of international project and stakeholder management
  • Close collaboration with local sales and operations teams
  • Identifying commercial opportunities
  • Planning and conducting project and depot visits
  • Relationship management on project level
  • Administrative management in Salesforce

What you bring:

Knowledge/skills: A relevant bachelor’s degree or comparable education in a commercial field, with proven bachelor-level working and thinking skills
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a commercial field sales role. You’re comfortable using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word), quick to learn new systems, and ideally experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce
Networking: You easily connect with people, build strong networks and are mindful of cultural differences in your communication and approach
Self-management: You work independently, set clear priorities and stay focused on achieving your goals
Communication: Proactive, with excellent verbal and written command of the English language. Additional European languages are a strong plus
