What you bring

• Experience managing/running projects in the advice / implement / operate space.
• Proficient in leading cross-functional teams across different geographies and enterprise technology teams in planning product roadmaps and executing projects as per plan.
• Expertise in technical project management for enterprise-scale cloud implementations.
• Experience with the SAFe methodology framework from planning to implementation, along with certification.
• Knowledge of emerging technology concepts: Gen AI, Agentic, RAG, LLM.
• Experience deploying systems with architecture frameworks such as microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience using DevOps tools, CI/CD pipeline orchestration, AI/ML ops, and GitHub.

Role: Product Program Manager

The Product Program Manager oversees the strategic and operational management of the product suite, including defining and maintaining suite roadmaps, managing budgets, planning for product retirement, serving as the primary point of contact for contracting activities, and coordinating suite demos. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, financial accountability, and smooth execution across the product lifecycle.

How you do this

• Engage with MF, Global Ascend Liaisons, and other stakeholders on localization requirements definition.
• Engage with the US product team to ensure existing Ascend Suite capabilities are enriched, while proactively working on suite integration requirement definition.
• Act as Voice of the Customer (MFs) to ensure features are prioritized, delivered per spec, and meet business needs.
• Coordinate UAT and testing cycles in collaboration with super users and QA teams.
• As a product SME, engage with offering leaders and the business community to advise on system features and use cases, and seek feedback for future product backlog grooming exercises.
• Engage with technical teams to clarify requirements across SDLC phases.
• Participate in QA/Defect Review phases and advise on triaging and prioritizing issues with a goal to ship the product and deliver continuous value to the business.
• Support Senior Product Managers on product management activities.
