Role Description: As a Salesforce Application Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new Salesforce features across the commercial organization as well as leading the organization through migration from current systems. You actively drive the product strategy by understanding user needs as well as working closely with developers, commercial finance, commercial, marketing and other product teams within Partnerships.

A Salesforce Application Specialist is deeply committed to solving user (customer, partner and/or other users) pain points and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.

This is primarily an individual contributor role, where it is possible to coach and mentor others depending on skills, experience, development plans and business needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with Salesforce administration experience that is really looking to grow their career.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with impacted stakeholders in gathering business requirements from end-users, including members of the leadership team, and document the proposals for system design and improvements;
  • Implement features within Salesforce with a focus on automation and efficiency through Flows & automations for a seamless end to end experience
  • Performs system administration functions such as user management (profiles and roles), field and validation rule configuration, process builders, Workflow rules, Lightning Flows, record types, picklists, page layout management, mobile setup, data management;
  • Provide training and user-assistance, support adoption and create satisfaction;
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards as well as Salesforce data quality
  • Network on operational, managerial and strategic level across the department

Qualifications & Skills:

  • +3 years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce.com platform
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Must have proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Should have an understanding of data mappings (source to target) for integrations
  • Should have familiarity with agile development team practices, tools and framework
  • Must have strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
