What You’ll Do
- Work with experienced engineers to build and improve CI/CD platforms and workflows
- Operate and scale a self-hosted runner platform for GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
- Improve build, test, and caching performance to optimize developer productivity
- Contribute to Deployment-as-a-Service solutions powered by ArgoCD (GitOps)
- Design and maintain reliable and scalable CI/CD infrastructure using Terraform
- Improve pipeline reliability, scalability, and observability
- Participate in operational support and on-call rotations
- Build iteratively in an agile environment
What You’ll Need
- 1–4 years of software engineering experience
- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of build systems, pipelines, and automation
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and deployment workflows
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
Nice to Have
- Experience with Go or TypeScript
- Interest in building AI agents for CI/CD automation and developer feedback loops
- Experience with scalable build systems or distributed execution platforms
