Store Operations

As a Senior Data Analyst – Retail at Suitsupply, you will own the analytical foundation that powers decisions across our global store network. You will shape how retail performance is measured, surface insights that challenge assumptions and build scalable intelligence tools that enable Retail and Operations leadership to act with confidence. You will report to the Global Head of Store Operations while partnering at the leadership level with I.T., Business Control, Supply Chain and Retail. We are looking for someone who brings both technical depth and commercial instinct - someone who sees data as a lever for business transformation, and who thrives at the intersection of rigour and speed.

What you'll do:

  • Define and maintain the retail performance framework — owning KPI definitions, metric hierarchies, and how store health is measured across regions and programs.
  • Lead exploratory and predictive analyses — demand signals, labour planning, conversion drivers, and seasonal trends — that directly inform commercial and operational strategy.
  • Act as a thought partner to Retail and Operations leadership, translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and tackling the complex, high-value challenges that go beyond standard reporting.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service reporting tools, with robust processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency and transparency, enabling teams to answer 90% of their questions.
  • Partner with I.T. and Engineering to influence data infrastructure decisions, keeping the analytical layer robust and future-proof.
  • Collaborate with Retail Management, Store Operations, Business Control, and Supply Chain on key initiatives, driving adoption of data products across the business.

Who you are

  • 5+ years in analytics or a data-focused role, with a track record of influencing real business decisions - retail or omnichannel experience strongly preferred.
  • Expert-level SQL; hands-on BigQuery and dbt required. Proficiency in Looker or a comparable BI platform expected.
  • Strong Python skills for data wrangling, automation and building reusable analytical pipelines.
  • Experience with statistical methods, forecasting models, or A/B test design - you are comfortable with ambiguity and know how to structure a problem before solving it.
  • Familiar with modern data workflow tooling (dbt Cloud, Airflow, or equivalent); able to work across the full analytical stack, not just the presentation layer.
  • Able to distill complex, multi-variable findings into clear recommendations for senior non-technical audiences - without losing the rigour underneath.

What you will get:

  • Autonomy – We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.
  • Impact – Your work will directly influence how we plan, operate, and improve our global retail business.
  • Growth – We see your potential as a key asset and provide opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility – We are committed to sustainability and ethical business, working exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
  • Style – Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.

Founded in Europe in 2000, Suitsupply has grown to over 90 international stores in cities such as Milan, London, Zurich, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition to our ever-expanding number of brick-and-mortar locations, we maintain a strong online presence, allowing Suitsupply to bring our style and top-tier service to all corners of the globe.

In an industry where fast fashion dominates and craftsmanship is fast disappearing, Suitsupply introduces a better option: one where no attention to detail or quality is ever spared. That’s why we use only the finest Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Ferla, E. Thomas, Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico.

We have received widespread accolade from the likes of GQ, Esquire, and, perhaps most notably, a Wall Street Journal blind test that rated a $600 Suitsupply suit in a first-place tie with a $3,600 Armani.

While high-quality suiting at an affordable price point remain at the core of all that we do, our versatile range includes jackets, trousers, outerwear, shoes, accessories and attire available as prêt à porter and made-to-measure.

At Suitsupply, we pride ourselves in taking innovative approaches to traditional problems. This has led to the development of technologies such as our Design Your Own feature, our Garmentor app, and a commitment to in-house tailoring, providing quick alterations while you wait for a perfect fit every time. Each and every sales associate receives in-depth training through our acclaimed Suit School, bringing the unmatched level of passion and expertise that make Suitsupply’s customer service stand out.

The message is clear. We believe that nobody should leave Suitsupply with anything less than a perfect fit. If you’re equally devoted to quality, check out our jobs page for opportunities to join us.
