You & your role

As a Medior DevOps Software Engineer in squad Fly Forward, you drive the development and stability of DevOps solutions within Financial Economic Crime Technology by working closely with business and engineering teams. You help detect fraud and create smooth processes for non-risk customers. You work daily in a high-performing DevOps squad with engineers and developers on modern cloud and platform solutions.

Examples from practice

• Setting up new infrastructure components both on-premise and in cloud environments.
• Improving continuous integration and delivery pipelines for complex applications.
• Supporting and maintaining Python-based application programming interfaces within critical processes.

• Enable teams by designing and implementing robust DevOps solutions that support multiple engineering squads across Financial Economic Crime Technology.
• Maintain and improve platform stability and security by monitoring, updating, and optimising cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Support process orchestration by developing and integrating software solutions that connect systems and infrastructure.

You contribute to enabling squads across the area and act as a technical bridge when complex solutions or implementations are required.

You & your talent

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and DevOps tooling.
• Your toolbox contains work experience in these areas: Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Cloud, AWS, IAC (Terraform), Linux & Bash, GIT, AKS/EKS (Kubernetes) and Python.
• Work experience that is nice to have in your role as DevOps Engineer: Ansible, Camunda, QA, Networking, Data processing (Oracle, SQL, Postgres) and Databricks.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 support.
• Proactive and hands-on mentality.
