What you will do

As part of your development journey at JBT Marel, you will:

• Learn how to sell complex, technical solutions in an international B2B environment
• Shadow and support experienced Sales Managers in real customer projects
• Help identify customer needs and translate them into valuable, long-term solutions
• Ask the right questions — and the question behind the question
• Join cross-functional teams to deliver innovative food processing solutions
• Receive mentoring and training in consultative sales, business acumen, and product knowledge
• Get the tools and support to grow into a Sales Manager role

Who you are

We are looking for graduate professionals who:

• Have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in a technical or commercial field)
• Are curious by nature — always asking "how" and "why"
• Want to understand both technology and people
• Are ambitious, self-starting, and eager to take ownership
• Enjoy working on international projects and in multicultural environments
• Are team-oriented and want to collaborate across disciplines
• Are fluent in English (additional languages = bonus)
