At Eurofins Food Safety Solutions (FSS) in Deventer, we provide advice on product safety to major retailers, as well as to manufacturers and other companies in the food industry.
Internship: Data-driven food safety risk assessments (CHEFS database)
Eurofins Food Safety Solutions (FSS) offers an internship focused on the analysis and further development of data-driven food safety risk assessments using EFSA monitoring data. You will work with the CompreHensive European Food Safety (CHEFS) database, which contains large-scale analytical monitoring results from EU Member States covering contaminants, pesticide residues, veterinary residues and related hazards across more than 4,000 food products over the period 2000–2024. During this internship, you will focus on making the CHEFS database understandable through structuring, grouping and visualisations.
We are looking for an intern who can start at any point from May 2026 with a minimum internship duration of 6 months. This is a fulltime internship.
