In this role as a Senior Business Planner, you'll be at the center of this transformation. You'll drive long-term planning across order volumes, courier scheduling, and equipment demand. Working alongside the Business Planner and reporting to the Senior Team Lead of Forecasting & Planning, you'll own the monthly tactical planning process and support annual budgeting and quarterly budget revisions.

Key Responsibilities

Tactical Planning

• Lead the tactical planning process at the local level
• Analyze planning and operational KPIs to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the F&P Team Lead and local stakeholders to refine order volume forecasts, hiring needs, and country strategies
• Partner with Country Recruitment teams to ensure workforce quality

Strategic Planning

• Conduct in-depth analysis of order volume trends and KPIs to drive cross-functional decisions
• Facilitate scenario planning to refine strategic objectives
• Influence cross-functional teams on critical business matters

Target & Performance Management

• Partner with the F&P Team Lead to execute planning KPI targets
• Monitor planning performance and provide actionable insights

Continuous Improvement

• Serve as the local Point of Contact (SPOC) for all tactical planning matters, processes, and tools
• Drive change initiatives and partner with the global organization
• Identify opportunities to enhance planning quality, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement global process and tool improvements locally

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, analytics, or consultancy
• Experience in resource requirement planning and strategic planning
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel and Tableau)
