Are you an experienced Digital HR professional with a passion for rewards and digital transformation in a fast-paced, global environment? FrieslandCampina is seeking a Digital Expert Talent & Rewards to support our rewards strategy and digital HR innovation. In this role, you will drive the management and optimization of key HR systems for Talent & Rewards, with a main focus on rewards.   • Key Competencies:

    • Deep expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), especially in talent & rewards modules and processes (e.g. compensation, variable pay, performance mgt, etc).
    • Proven project management skills and experience working in agile teams.
    • Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
    • Ability to drive strategic digital innovation from concept to global implementation.
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 (WO) – 7 (HBO) years in digital HR roles, with a focus on rewards, HR systems management, agile working, (senior) stakeholder management, and supporting change programs.

As a Digital Expert Talent & Rewards, you will:

  • Lead the digitalization and optimization of rewards processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance across 30+ countries.
  • Manage and enhance HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), with a strong focus on rewards modules and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders (CoE’s and Capability pools) to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement digital initiatives.
  • Drive innovative topics such as employee benefit platform and other digital rewards strategies.
  • Be a key digital expert in our agile project team, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on digital HR trends, best practices, and change management.
