Position description
During an internship at Translink Corporate Finance, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously (in various stages). Based in our Utrecht office, you will become an immediate part of a small, close-knit M&A team of 2-3 corporate finance professionals. One of the advantages of interning at Translink Corporate Finance is that the open work environment allows you to be directly involved in all phases of the M&A process. You will experience the M&A process up close, including sourcing the right acquisition candidates, preparing presentations and pitches, writing information memoranda, conducting financial and strategic analyses of markets and companies, and performing company valuations. Throughout your internship, you will gain exposure to the entire mergers and acquisitions process in both national and international deals.
