Central Services is transforming into a future‑proof, efficient and AI‑driven organization. New workflows, data‑driven ways of working and digital solutions only have impact when they are actually adopted in daily work. The Transformation Office supports that shift across processes, technology, data and people. As a Change Manager, you ensure that change doesn’t stop at design — you make sure it is understood, embraced and sustained.

Your challenges

  • Identify and analyse change challenges and translate them into clear, practical change approaches
  • Develop adoption‑focused strategies that make new behaviours, roles and ways of working clear and applicable
  • Implement your own change plans through communication, training, workshops, walkthroughs and supporting materials
  • Guide teams and stakeholders through the transition and help them build new routines that stick
  • Monitor adoption and feedback, identify resistance or gaps, and take action to strengthen long‑term change

This is what you bring

  • An academic background in a relevant field such as Organizational Sciences, Change Management, Psychology or Communication
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering change execution in complex environments where adoption is critical
  • Proven experience designing and delivering hands‑on change activities rather than purely advising
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with ease in guiding groups and working directly in the operation
  • A pragmatic, structured and proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and work independently

What will you do?

As a Change Manager, you operate close to the business and play a hands‑on role in making change work in practice. You identify the underlying change challenges, develop a pragmatic and actionable change approach and take ownership of the full implementation. You translate process, workflow and system changes into concrete guidance, behaviours and routines that teams can apply in their daily work. In this role, you work closely with Business Analysts, Process Journey Managers, process owners, IT, HR and Communication to ensure that new ways of working are not only introduced, but truly embedded. You guide teams through transitions, facilitate sessions that make change tangible and accessible, and address resistance and capability gaps with targeted interventions. You monitor adoption, gather feedback and adjust your approach where needed. This role gives you significant space to shape each change initiative yourself, while contributing to the professionalisation of change‑capability within Central Services.

Central Services forms the backbone of our internal service organization. The Transformation Office drives improvements that are practical, sustainable and aligned with how teams actually work. We collaborate closely, support each other and share the ambition to build an organization that is ready for the future — scalable, digital and people‑centred.
