You will operate as the pan-European brand expert, shaping strategy, driving portfolio growth, and leading a critical market assessment to unlock new opportunities, including future category expansion.

You will work across countries, functions, and senior stakeholders to define the direction of the portfolio and ensure strong execution across Europe.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Growth

  • Define and lead the European brand strategy aligned with global direction

Execution & Commercial Impact

  • Develop scalable marketing campaigns, tools, and assets for local market activation
  • Drive product lifecycle management (launches, optimization, phase-out)
  • Partner with country leadership to forecast demand and align with supply chain
  • Monitor performance and define data-driven actions to improve results

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

  • Act as the central point of contact for local marketing and sales teams across Europe
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers

Education & Customer Experience

  • Shape and deliver European customer engagement initiatives (events, congresses, hands-on programs)
  • Partner with the Education team to define and implement training strategies
  • Drive internal and external brand awareness and value perception

Portfolio Development

  • Contribute to new product development and line extensions
  • Support the evolution of the portfolio

What You Bring

Experience & Background

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in medical devices, marketing, or commercial roles
  • Experience working across multiple European markets
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating in a complex, evolving environment
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (~40%)

Why This Role

  • High visibility role with direct impact on business growth in Europe
  • Opportunity to shape strategy and influence future portfolio direction
  • Work in a fast-evolving environment with strong cross-functional exposure
  • Be part of a team with ambitious growth objectives and high expectations
