Join Philips as a Customer Insights Intern – NPS & Marketing Analytics Team (start date: May 2026).

Your Role

As a Customer Insights Intern within the NPS (Net Promoter Score) and Marketing Analytics team, you will support Philips’ efforts to understand customer feedback, experience performance, and commercial funnel dynamics. You will analyze customer sentiment, operational performance, and marketing insights to help improve customer satisfaction and drive commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze customer experience, NPS, and marketing performance data.
  • Support deep-dive analyses on customer feedback, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Help measure the impact of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and funnel performance.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement levers across customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing, NPS, commercial, and data engineering teams on ad-hoc insights.
  • Contribute to storytelling: converting data into actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer focused, motivated individual with basic experience in Excel.
  • Interest in customer experience, marketing analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and proactive in B2B customer engagement.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in humanities, data science, analytics, business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn in a global environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
