You & Your Function

Drive the further rollout of digital analytics solutions as Product Expert Digital Analytics within Customer Engagement. You translate business needs into measurable data solutions, set standards for data collection, and ensure reliable insights that support personalised customer communication across web and app channels.

  • Improve the quality of digital data by implementing and refining measurement standards across multiple product teams.
  • Translate complex business questions into concrete analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights.
  • Enable colleagues to use digital data effectively by providing guidance, tooling and clear frameworks.

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Build and further develop the Measurement Framework as the bank-wide standard for digital data collection and usage.
  • Develop, manage and continuously improve generic data solutions within the tag management environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase effective and compliant use of online data.

You operate within the Customer Engagement area of the DCI Tribe, working closely with analysts, product teams and marketing specialists. Together, you ensure that digital data is reliable, compliant and valuable for the entire organisation.

You & Your Talent

  • Completed higher professional education with at least 5 years of relevant experience in digital analytics roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience integrating digital analytics solutions such as Piano Analytics and tag management systems like Tealium iQ.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms combined with tools such as Azure DevOps, Power BI and Confluence.
  • Proven experience working in agile and scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Clear and structured communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-organising working style.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for data quality and compliance.
